Though the new Shyamaprasad film ‘Rithu’ features no popular faces, the movie has already made a steady opening in the state. Released yesterday in 28 centres across Kerala, this movie presents a contemporary theme with fresh and talented faces. Scripted by debutante Joshua Newton, the movie has Reema Kallingal, the last year's runner up of Miss Kerala pageant as the heroine. Nishan and Aasif Ali are in the male lead of the movie, which looks at the relations dreams, ambitions and anxiety of the younger generation without any prejudices. The movie is opined as a good fare that may start a new trend in Mollywood. Rithu also has got an interesting 60-70 percent collections in almost all centres, which is a very promising start for a film with fresher themes and new faces.
